This "Roses & Tea Chiffon Cake" uses Taiwanese Red Ruby Tea, offering a rich tea aroma and a light, airy texture. It is paired with all-natural rose ingredients, from rose powder to dried petals, exuding a pure floral fragrance. The outer layer is fresh cream infused with rose petals, with raspberry puree added to bring a fresh, tangy layer of flavor.
